Seperti mana yang pernah dikupas oleh Jeneral Bersara George William Casey Jr. yang kini pensyarah kanan ulung dalam bidang kepimpinan di Universiti Cornell Amerika Syarikat melalui siri kuliahnya, situasi ketidaktentuan global sering menjadikan kita keliru dan berdiam diri tidak melakukan apa-apa tindakan. Dalam situasi seperti ini, senario semasa terlalu sukar difahami dan menjadikan perancangan jelas ke hadapan tidak dapat dilakukan. Untuk berjaya, tindakan yang berkesan perlulah dilaksanakan.
