
“Our ecosystem is very much like the human body. Just like healthy and fully functional organs determine our overall health, a healthy ecosystem will ensure that we can live comfortably and healthily.
A healthy ecosystem cleans the water (where our drinks come from), purifies the air (where we breathe), maintains the soil (where our food and nutrients come from), and regulates the climate (where we live comfortably).
Using machine learning, my research involves looking at various potential pollution markers that will help us monitor air pollution better.”
