Perkataan ‘healing’ kini tidak lagi menjadi asing dalam masyarakat terutamanya golongan remaja. ‘Healing’ itu sendiri merupakan satu perkataan yang membawa maksud “the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again” dan yang dapat diberi makna sebagai menyembuhkan, atau perihal yang membawa kepada penyembuhan atau pemulihan.
