Kepuasan kerja merupakan terbitan hasil dari melakukan pekerjaan. Sebagai manusia, pekerja akan menilai pekerjaan mereka, sama ada mereka suka atau tidak seperti persekitaran pekerjaan, rakan sekerja, penyelia, tugasan dalam pekerjaan.
Dalam institusi keluarga, ibu memainkan peranan yang penting. Ibaratnya, ibu merupakan madrasah atau sekolah yang pertama bagi anak-anak dan bapa sebagai mudir atau pengetua. Ibulah yang menjadi guru pertama untuk mengenal Allah dan Nabi.
Kebiasaannya di mana-mana majlis sambutan rumah terbuka Hari Raya, jamuan sudah pastinya dipenuhi pinggan, cawan, sudu dan garfu plastik yang disediakan untuk para tetamu menjamah hidangan. Selain memberi kemudahan kepada pihak tetamu dan tuan rumah, penggunaan barangan plastik sekali guna sebenarnya memberi kemudahan kepada pihak penyedia makanan dari aspek logistik dan kos penyediaan.
